From now until September 2, an outreach campaign supported by The Minneapolis Foundation, The Saint Paul Minnesota Foundation, AARP Twin Cities and Minnesota Elder Justice Center will target under-served communities and seek testimony from community members about elder abuse in their community. In addition, community partners who serve our elder population will distribute MENC information to their members. Youth engagement is critical to the MENC initiative, so that we educate future generations that concern for our elders must take priority in our list of concerns that we address in our community.
